WOW. This article needs to be read several times a day and then contemplated. I,ve beencaught in identity and then stress followedby fear and the need to survive. Behind all of this is something pure and clear and I confess to being lazy and constantly procrastinating because I,m so attached to suffering. Believe me I want to change my focus and be with what is as Sister Theresa Sedlock the enlightened nun I used to visit in Black Canyon City, Arizona. Something tells me to keep working and it will happen when it happens. I believe this will be the answer to my prayers. I want to Return to Forever. I remember periods where I felt like I was getting close and then I got terrified. My ego dissolved I would lose control or the illusion of it. I surrender. Thanks Kurt

Bravo; Truly profound wisdom from an American Yogi. I can't begin to tell you how much stuff I read from different sources but this hits the mark. It's even better than the secret, ha ha. This is irrefutable proof from someone who was able to tap the direct source through lots of hard work (introspection). Keep on brother. I'm waiting for your book, but meditating while I'm waiting. This answers the deepest questions one can formulate. Yours in Truth Tony

Very well explained and informative article and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it! Tells you all you need to know about the Kudalini Energy in simple layman's language!! Turning to yoga practice for a few minutes everyday is a sure way to not only good health but to controlling your emotions and cleansing yourself as a person! Since there are different postures for each part of your body it protests you from any sort of illness and helps you spiritually as well!

The wonderful movement in the expansion of consciousness is the unity consciousness. The unity consciousness is a very lovable feeling. The feeling of unity is attained in many different ways. It changes the complete outlook of the person. It does not have any lasting effect. The unity of feeling occurs naturally or sometimes forced or sometimes an incident induces. However this mechanism makes the situation different. The natural way to attain this feeling is through religion or spirituality.

It is indeed taking me a long time to get the full import of not identifying with the mind. But it helps to know once more the knowing of the Self as beyond the knowing of the mind. Knowing these basic truths at the level of the mind, even though so nowhere near the Ultimate knowing of the Self, still adds learning to the way I view life. Thankyou so very much for your gracious answers.

Many good clarifications here. I can say I have experienced the attraction of like vibration in good and bad ways. I think this concept has become so obvious it should be a science!

The best vibration as the suspended mind is good to know. It eliminates struggling with getting to be silent. It's always there.

I also like to think of the soul as boundless, and allowing all play to exist within it without clinging or aversion.
