And, for a good reason because words are limiting, and trying to describe a place that has no comparison or ideal words to express it, makes it extremely difficult. The Eastern culture of India has some of the proper spiritual verbiage, yet to my knowledge all I can find are scattered puzzle pieces. Maybe the silence the sages kept about this realm should remain a mystery, in order to separate the false profits from the real ones? But, in reality there are many ways to tell the phonies from the authentic teachers, and I can spot most phonies and spiritual mistakes relatively quick without Eternal references. I always wanted the truth in my life, despite the fact that it may shock me, don’t spare me the details, as long as it’s the truth, just slap me in the face with it, so I can process it. Why hold back? And for what reason? Is it because they didn’t think the public could handle it? Maybe their right! Maybe, I’ll delete this when I return from my four week road trip. But in this day and age, I really believe the public can handle it, and once the seed is planted it will grow with age and pure reasoning. I think my attempt here will be the first of its kind anywhere, and my hope is that you don’t brush this off as nonsense, which would be a grave injustice to me and God. Please, read with care, and understand I tried my best to recall and describe the place that the Bible calls “Heaven.” Enlightenment itself, is the act of visiting this huge cavern of Pure space and light. All who were enlightened before and present have seen what I have seen, and acquired the enlightened point of view, as I have. You will also see Eternity as well, and why hide this wonder when it’s our finale home, and all the Soul’s wait there in this Eternal purity, for their personal show to end. I care I great deal about my teaching and my life, and I have never been naturally unstable to the point of hallucinating (no hallucinogenic is strong enough anyways), nor am I mistaking a dream for Reality. I am absolutely certain about this, beyond the shadow of a doubt, otherwise this blog site wouldn’t be here. I am not opposed to scientific testing on me, my claims, my spiritual knowledge and experiences. All of my spiritual writing is the gospel truth, and anyone who believes in me will advance spiritually at a much higher rate. So, for you who wants to know, you who wants the truth, well then, here is my first attempt at describing this supreme view, and what happened to me in this place called Heaven, The Great Void.

<FONT size=2>In all of my readings on spirituality I have not come across any sincere attempt at describing the Void. The Soul sits here in this realm, void of attributes, permanently still, Aware and observing, either the Almighty’s Light of Awareness, or the body and universe. In the Void the Light from Awareness coexists with the original Eternal Darkness, which permeates in and around it. The Light in this realm is unusually still and soft, the Light doesn’t spread or travel like normal light does to dispel the Darkness, however it does light up this realm just enough for a dim but clear view. We are both the black of Darkness and the white of Lightness at our core. Without the Darkness there would be no Eternity, and without the Light there would be no Awareness of being, or the universe as we know it. There would only be the Black stillness of Eternity and nothing else. The Light from an Awareness of being, pure existence, gave birth to consciousness and everything as we know it, in a chain reaction of events. This formed the dimension of appearances telescopically over and around the original one. The formless pure space of the Void is the starting point and finishing point for all things animate and inanimate, making it the ultimate purifier. The only colors that exist here are black, deep dark blue, and a grey/white, due to the faint Light of Awareness producing shades between black and white. When you see the Void, it seems like your placed directly in the middle of it, stationary as you see half of the entire sphere completely, and your panoramic, peripheral view sees it all evenly, through one point of perceiving in Absolute space, which is all we are. One very small piece of the pie, however each piece is as important as the next, and all pieces make up the one, which means one can’t exist without the other. Surprisingly enough this large focal point or view can be undilated to a smaller point, that focuses in on one area, or on one horizon of the Void, albeit large, but nonetheless a diversion of attention which was created by me. I found this out because, I wanted to stay and explore this realm, and having the moment I tried, but I was frozen in stillness. I was in the still awe of observation for a little while when a thought popped up about the Void: “Wow! This is, truly, attributeless.” That was amazing! It was so distant, and removed from the body and mind, that I could second handedly witness my thoughts as they were coming down from another dimension, and taking time traveling the distance. It was like a messenger was forwarding the message to me along the way and I had to wait. The words started out with a slight echo as if in a chamber far, far away, and it seemed to travel down an invisible cord that ended as it drew near, and dissipated into silence after reaching the Void, but I could still sense them as they arrived. It was so radically weird, I couldn’t resist, so I divert my attention up, to see if I could get a gander at my connection, the universe, or something, but when I did, I returned to the body and the world. The whole transition to and from the Void was feeling less, movement less, silent, and quick. I didn’t move at all, however all sensory feelings with the whole universe just vanished from view, disappeared like a mirage, a dream. My guess is what happened to me, similarly happened to other teachers as well, and the extreme rarity of thinking while connected to the mind/body, and viewing the Heavens, probably ended their stay too. Your Soul is there, right now, as you are here right now, but your point of perceiving now lies or is reflected in consciousness (energy) witnessing the world of appearances. If you weren’t perfectly still and pure at the core of your Awareness, you wouldn’t be able to perceive subtle movements, discontinuity of the mind, and Eternity. The Void is a grand empty universe of space that remains indestructible, pure and perfect, an unchangeable realm of eternal Awareness, which produces the universe and life from just existing as it is. It is, as it is, and to see it, is to except it and be it, as it is, which means to surrender all that it isn’t. Although the universe is considered a product of it, or an expression of it, or a reflection of it, however it’s a false representation nonetheless. Only one dimension can be the true Reality, and the other is a completely different mutating dimension dealing with changing appearances and moving parts. The false deceives when it compels and with all its imperfections we cling to it, despite the fact its not Eternal. Encompassed by humanity, nature, and energy our Soul naturally identifies with what it sees and senses, because in the realm of Eternity, you are what you see, but not here. What you see here is the maximized potential of a wayward child called energy, and once it emerged, time and distance emerged, and imperfection exploded into matter, while Perfection, the patient parent awaits in silent repose. Nothing can be more sublime then actualizing your being and seeing Absolute space, it is the ultimate and last experience. All other time bound experiences are rendered obsolete at once after uncovering Absolute proof, contentment and security reign supreme from knowing the Truth, and you naturally live accordingly.

<FONT size=2>This realm which we call Eternity, God, Absolute Space, Heaven, Awareness, Perfection, or The Almighty is our Soul’s eternal home. The events that take place in life don’t have the power to control your mind unless the mind buys stock in them, and scrolls out a personal dialogue, which entraps the witness. If the mind is unstable then life is unstable, if the mind is over or under compensating then life is compromised. A clear and stable mind which is in balance and uses pure reasoning without the egos biasness interfering, is the ideal way of reacting to the moment. However, the mind is usually in one mode of operation which is a constant state of working all the waking hours. There are different speeds and distortions available to all minds and typically they are uncontrollable by their host. A strong mind can change the degree of intensity by dialing down the speed keeping the stress and strain to a minimum. This is due to the refocusing on something else or having attained the powerful skill of the silent mind. Gathering strength of mind allows one to direct the mind at will and eventually control its content and stability. This also helps you in becoming detached from the mind and body, by seeing it as separate attribute from your Self bringing you closer to God and realization. A mind that practices strengthening techniques will gradually become peaceful and have more clarity in life enhancing good decision making. Most people think a smart mind is a strong mind when in reality intelligence is not a gauge for judging the stability of a strong mind. The mind needs to understand that there is another mode of operation that’s on the opposite end of its habitual nature, which is the silent witness. Working at achieving the silent mind of the pure witness is to give yourself and your mind a new and better workout goal, which is not too dissimilar from physical workouts. Mind directional techniques are used to keep the mind focused on a designated track and by a constant redirecting to that track strengthens it. Meditation techniques use tools such as mantras, breath awareness, verses, sounds, questions, and visuals that all work towards softening the minds command. Spiritual contemplation works the best, so does personal topics of interest or even relationships can be used as a attention getter. Only good and positive thoughts or experiences should be cultivated and spirituality is the one track (thought) that has the ultimate cure for your body mind complex. Other topics can be used as a attention getter to steer the mind in the beginning, but the main topic should have a virtues goal that brings the most benefits, which is the search for Eternity (the Soul) and Reality. The stronger the mind is the less need for mental decoys (tools and topics) to pacify it by lowering its amperage. You really have to get use to swinging the pendulum to the silent mind in meditation and swinging it to spiritual thoughts during the busy day. Contemplating spirituality during active moments enhances your meditative moments of inactivity. Surprisingly enough, once the momentum is achieved in both categories, your gaining ground, then consistency and patients is all that’s needed. Because in reality you don’t have to control or strengthen the mind that much to achieve enlightenment, just turning the tables in your direction is enough. When Samadhi meditation becomes more frequent, your surrendering capabilities get better, and when you least expect it enlightenment dawns. Self-realization will bring you the reinforcements necessary to keep you in charge of your mind, just don’t give up, and keep on applying control by ignoring all old unproductive patterns for new productive thinking tracks. Find a track, keep the mind on that track, and abandon the track during meditation, and enjoy the peace and comfort of a thoughtless mind. This is a step by step process in strengthening the mind and it takes endurance and determination. the stability of a strong mind. The mind needs to understand that there is another mode of operation that’s on the opposite end of its habitual nature, which is the silent witness. Working at
achieving the silent mind of the pure witness is to give yourself and your mind a new and better workout goal, which is not too dissimilar from physical workouts. Mind directional techniques
are used to keep the mind focused on a designated track and by a constant redirecting to that track strengthens it. Meditation techniques use tools such as mantras, breath awareness, verses,
sounds, questions, and visuals that all work towards softening the minds command. Spiritual contemplation works the best, so does personal topics of interest or even relationships can be used
as a attention getter. Only good and positive thoughts or experiences should be cultivated and spirituality is the one track (thought) that has the ultimate cure for your body mind complex.
Other topics can be used as a attention getter to steer the mind in the beginning, but the main topic should have a virtues goal that brings the most benefits, which is the search for Eternity
(the Soul) and Reality. The stronger the mind is the less need for mental decoys (tools and topics) to pacify it by lowering its amperage. You really have to get use to swinging the pendulum to
the silent mind in meditation and swinging it to spiritual thoughts during the busy day. Contemplating spirituality during active moments enhances your meditative moments of inactivity.
Surprisingly enough, once the momentum is achieved in both categories, your gaining ground, then consistency and patients is all that’s needed. Because in reality you don’t have to control or
strengthen the mind that much to achieve enlightenment, just turning the tables in your direction is enough. When Samadhi meditation becomes more frequent, your surrendering capabilities get
better, and when you least expect it enlightenment dawns. Self-realization will bring you the reinforcements necessary to keep you in charge of your mind, just don’t give up, and keep on
applying control by ignoring all old unproductive patterns for new productive thinking tracks. Find a track, keep the mind on that track, and abandon the track during meditation, and enjoy the
peace and comfort of a thoughtless mind. This is a step by step process in strengthening the mind and it takes endurance and determination. Don’t keep settling for a mind that dominates your
existence, interfering with your peacefulness when you could cultivate a contentment that comes with practicing spirituality.</font>

The Healer

Each person is born with different characteristics depending on the different combination of solids, chemicals, oxygen and water. When they are mixed together along with the physical and mental debris acquired in life a current of energy results as your personal signature. This current radiates continually, but a comparable and subtle form of energy leaves the body and permeates through physical borders. A stable, strong and pure current radiates a refined energy that can heal, if one has an exceptional mixture, and a talent for sharing it. Friction between the stillness of Awareness and particle movement radiates a subtle and pure form of energy close to the source, which is usually diluted or used up by the mind and impurities. This is a real pure and subtle energy that seeps out, and if it doesn’t meet with resistance through debris and dissipate with distance, it connects with the same current deep within another. Then the frequencies find a match, and through this common connection an enhanced field develops in the receiver by taking what it needs from the healer. Thus, the pure current reconnects short circuited areas that were damaged in the body or lacking connection creating internal problems. The higher the degree of maturity with self-realization puts you in a better position to understand, manipulate, intensify, purify or calm the current. Because your perception is before energy, which allows you to observe it naturally in a daily awareness, and work with it, keeping it strong and in balance by not interfering with it. Otherwise, it would happen suddenly, unexpected and uncontrollable for the gifted few who were born with this unique ability. Christ was extremely spiritual and gifted with the ability to manufacture a lot of pure energy close to the source, and distribute it with ease. This is rare and improbable, and self healings are more likely to happen as we see from time to time. This happens when a personal surrendering occurs at the opportune moment, and it releases restrictions or obstacles, and the body gets a jumpstart from the release of pure energy within. The person just totally and completely gives up to the forces that be and excepts their fate, because trying to understand it, and fight it eventually becomes a hopeless option. People who heal themselves might think an outside force or healer was responsible when in fact it was there own faith in the unknown that has healed them. There is that detached feeling that can confuse one enough to think of supernatural causes. The characteristics of releasing to the witness and then to the unknown can feel unusual, impersonal and distant.
Really this life force, body and mind are your only capitol that comes with the journey, and maintaining it properly allows you to perform better in life. You can’t give what you don’t have, meaning if your life is unstable, out of balance and busy, your current isn’t going to help anyone. A purified current can be directed with a lot of practice, but it drains the body and can cause problems unless one understands how it works. This is why healings are so rare because everyone is so busy using up and polluting their personal stock, and it depends on the quality and quantity of that stock. The stable healer should always be working on purifying, enhancing, conserving and directing the energy to the hands in a constant state of refinement. The mind plays a big part in diluting the current with negativity, emotions, beliefs, stress, and with the inability to remain mentally still it squanders all the available resources.

Death, Desire and Divinity

Life is like smoking a bowl of consciousness

When the flame of consciousness is running low

And the last amber is dieing out

Will you be ready?

Will you be

At being

Or will you

Want!

To want anything during death even if it's good and beautiful, is to
Want bondage
To want God as something tangible and separate from yourself, is to
Want bondage
To have an ideal image of what heaven and God is like, is to
Want bondage
To want to work with God as a creating and protecting entity, is to
Want bondage
To expect some saint or savior to save you, is to
Want bondage
To want to see and be with the human image of your saint, is to
Want bondage
To want the image you have of yourself to continue, is to
Want bondage
To expect deliverance into Eternity for leading a good life, is to
Want bondage
To want to see your family or friends again, is to
Want bondage
To want the mind to come with you after death, is to
Want bondage
To want anything or any image from here to continue, is to
Want bondage
Want not, expect not, remember not, take not, fear not, and surrender all is to
Find God and Divinity

<font size="2">Life is like smoking a bowl of consciousness<br>

Or how does the “now” help you in your spiritual life?

Staying in the “now” is in essence practicing a meditation technique, which is used to reestablish your pure witnessing state. It is one of many techniques that are helpful in cultivating the thoughtless state of pure witnessing. The power, as such is only to help you at meditating, because the now is still part of the illusion, and attachment to the “Now” will not deliver liberation, because the changing “Now” is part of the problem. Your present moment in the world (the now) has to be transcended for self-realization, and staying with this “Now” method is helpful and, one step towards the “Samadhi state. The art of meditating on the Soul (Samadhi) without witnessing the “Now”, is the ultimate power that can take you beyond the “Now”. The “Now” in reality can’t go beyond itself, because it’s the very foundation for existing in the world, and the experiencer of the “Now” remains intact and undisturbed. We have to work at disassembling the person who is attached to the now, the past, and the future, which is part and parcel of ones personal identity. And, this is what the Samadhi state is used for, to help one in surrendering the whole package, which is what the experiencer of the now is so acquainted with, and refuses to give up. Being happy with just observing the “Now” is not enough to transcend it, and leads to the delusion of complacence from being stuck in the now. The “Power of the Now” really has little power to Realize yourself, but it is an important starting technique on the right path and helps you calm the mind. It must be incorporated with sincere determination for enlightenment, and through a relentless disassociation with the world as in Samadhi meditation. Like everything else in the world earnestness at practicing is a must for success, because until it becomes second nature striving and desire is the inspiration the drives one. Once striving becomes a normal and natural way of living then it happens without having to work at it or for it (realization) anymore. Then there is no more I am (the mind and the body) working hard for liberation when it is your normal way of functioning in the world. By disowning all that comes with manifestation continually is what the earnest seeker does, and he won’t give in to the world, the mind, or the now because they are the attention takers, and attention needs to be fixated on the inner Soul or God.

The Aspirant

Everything around him points to the way home.
Everything he does gives him a reason to go home.
Everything he says, his interest dies and sends him home.
Everything he hears, he longs for a voice to help him home.
Everything he touches, he will surrender to touch home.
Everything he smells and taste reminds him to look for home.
Everything he sees, he thinks about seeing home.
Everything that happens to him, sends him searching for home.
Everything is worth nothing when he longs for home.
Everything becomes Nothing, and then Nothing becomes Everything.
~He’s Home~

<font size="2">Everything around him points to the way home.<br>

The witness is the thoughtless observer, which is in all of us, and the Souls link to consciousness or energy. This is the same link within all living creatures except the brains differ in size and humans are obviously gifted. All creatures are born in the witness state until the brain and mind matures, giving birth to the doer or the ego. Seemingly caught up in doing the witness lays dormant, and overrun by the constant state of activity. Finding the silent observer (witness) is what meditation is about, whether active or inactive it strengthens the mind and leads towards stability. When the witness is worked on the mind slowly gets reacquainted to a new way of existing. An existence where it is required to loosen its grip by a higher power. The power slipping through the hands of the doer it eventually gives in, and the witness is now holding the power and stands alone in close proximity with Awareness (Soul). When the three merge and stand together in being, as a tightly knit group it is called the “Samadhi State”, which is on the edge or on the borderline of the finale surrendering. If you are still witnessing something external or the internal energy, it’s an indication of the witness state and not the Samadhi state, because witnessing stops in the Samadhi state. When all of the accumulated baggage over a life time (doer/mind) and its connection with the witness are given up, then the emergence into Eternity is granted. The result of which is the doer being dissolved, and the witness remains as Awareness’s point of perception in, and of consciousness. They work in tandem to isolate the mind on important manners and not allowing the mind to claim authorship for something that happens naturally in life. Enlightenment

These two types of experiential milestones which are related and yet there’re completely contrasting, likewise the same dynamics exist between the universe (duality) vs. Eternity or God (singularity). In the arena of Absolute Space (Eternity, Enlightenment) the experience is constant the same for one and all. Eternity or Perfection is constant never changing, while imperfection is consistently changing therefore any number of things can happen to you. This is an extremely heightened sense of awareness via the senses (energy), the other is a sense less and feeling less state, a real lack of any so-called normal feelings that are energy induced. The experiences in energy can be body shaking and an inner shaking between the Soul and the mind, but still isn’t considered enlightenment. This is a sign of resistance against total surrendering, from hesitation, doubt, fear, and the minds thoughts will interrupt this most delicate and subtle transition. The characteristics of the ultimate surrendering and transition to Eternity is completely beyond movement and senses, and into the Stillness of pure being, without a single attribute related to energy. The Soul being eternal and having no opposing forces of energy is at home and sees the pure space of Eternity. Only Eternity can see Eternity, likewise only eyes (energy/matter) can see eyes. In enlightenment there is absolutely no movement, besides the curtain of consciousness, which opens to reveal the truth and that being the Almighty. The curtain closes and it’s over, but the Stillness stays with you as your identity. There are no explosions or nothing earth shattering about it just an identity and mind blowing event in the most subtle manner. Your ideas of reality are laid asunder and proved to be only held up by your mistaken identity, and now they’re both meaningless as personal values. You now see life from the right perspective and not from your own narrow personal view, which dominated your perspective. There are a wide variety of spiritual milestones on the path of progress, but leave them to be as milestones marking the path and walk on. The grand finale will assure you of your conviction and it will be totally question less, because it is so radically different.

A Parable to the Kingdom of Heaven

One day he ran into a well renowned old wise man who was passing through town, so he decided to sit with him and share all of his adventures. The young man went on and on and the old man just sat there unemotional staring straight ahead, and waited till he was finished. After a short silence the old man said; I too have thought I had seen it all until a great man told me a wonderful story. It was about an ancient ruin in the middle of an ancient forest called the Million Acres of Memories. He told me it was such a powerful sight to see that it lays waste to all other adventures leaving one content and fulfilled. But, It took me around three years of continual searching in the Million Acres of Memories to find it, and it is not for the weak of heart. Those who try may not return and it’s a lonely place to be in for that much time, anything can happen there. You’ll have to be away from your family and the rest of the world for a long time, and you can only take in what you can carry on your back. So, the old man reluctantly gives him the directions and a finale warning: Once you enter the woods you can’t turn back, no one has made it out without seeing the ruins, you must continue at all costs. Shocked into silence the old man bid him farewell and walked off.. The young man shouted out what is the key to success…..your determination is the key, he yelled. Well, he new he had a lot of that as well as the experience, which was needed therefore he started packing.
Standing near the hundred foot pine forest with a big and heavy backpack he said his prayers and blessings, and stepped into the unknown. He walked tirelessly for many days in high spirits thinking of all the accolades he will receive on his return, he was sure it would take him less time than the old man. Months passed and he was having a lot of doubts, his mind started playing tricks on him and his body was wearing thin. I backed myself in the corner now! What the hells a matter with me, giving up my good life for a walk in the woods, I must be insane! He understands how the forest got its name for it’s the only thing that keeps him company. More months have passed and he realized he’ll have to give up some of his baggage, because his body is getting frail and unable to carry the load. He says; Why do I need my sleeping bag and mat? It’s big and heavy, and my tent is enough, thus he leaves it behind. Months later, he wonders why he needs his tent with all this wood around, and his good clothing will do, so he drops a heavy part of his load. Months later, he has another thought why do I carry my plastic ware, pots, pans, and cups when all I’m eating are berries, pine nuts, plants, mushrooms and insects. There’s pools of water everywhere and I can drink straight from the pond, consequently he leaves behind more baggage. Two years have passed and he realizes he doesn’t need his backpack and excess clothing, which is worn out anyways, and discards the weight off his back. More months have passed and all he has is the clothing on his back, his life is wasting away and the ruins are no where in sight, so he gives up trying. Wandering around aimlessly no longer caring or searching he looks for a good place to live out his remaining days. Finding a stream he follows it and it leads him to a crescent pond in a nice clearing, laying down he’s found the right spot to stop searching and takes a nap. Waking up he can’t believe his eyes, what he thought was a crescent pond is really a small lake with an island on it. He tears off his cloths and dives in, walking up the beach and up to the hills peak he sees nothing but a rock on top. There’s a saying picked in the rock and it reads: Now that you lost everything and nothing is at the very end, it means everything leads to nothing, and since you had acquired everything from nothing to begin with, then from nothing you are destined to return to nothing, Welcome Home!… He had a huge epiphany, laughed hysterically he laid down on nothingness, because he has nothing, and he has been nothing all along, so he didn’t loose anything.
This zone is the spontaneous way we deal with the world, our life, and people when we are close to the source. There is only the one zone, but we can connect with it during active and inactive moments. In active times there are three levels of energy expenditure that correlate with the different zones, their difficulty, the depth, and length of the zone. The zone is a thoughtless way of reacting to the circumstances in the moment without using the ego or mental discrimination, which in turn creates the right response. To get into the zone is just like being in an active meditation one step away from the deep meditative "Samadhi State", while in movement. The high level Active zone is what sports refer to as "being in the zone": That is making the right move at the right time without having to think about it, and making it look effortless and easy like it was predetermined. This is not using the ego despite the spectacular moves it may produce, because not a purposeful decision was made in the process. It just happens, and even the player may feel astonished and amazed that something like that happened to him. It is like he was watching the move take place from a distance too, like something took over that new what to do. This can happen to anyone at anytime, you may recall a time in your own life when everything was going right for you, and you raised the bar to a new level, you thought you could never reach. You were unstoppable and even the errors were going in your favor, you could do no wrong. The energy output, determines the degree of difficulty, the more energy or the lack of energy makes it more difficult. Dance and other slow rhythmic movements is considered an easy way of tapping into the zone, while really active sports zone is a relatively hard to access and takes a lot of practice. You may remember while dancing a sort of trance takes over and your in tune with the music and the environment at that very moment. Marshal Arts, Tai Chi, Sufi's and the Whirling Dervish all use this easy accessible zone to further their spiritual development. We have the high level, the medium level, the low level and the extreme level for emergencies, which can happen in the inactive and active. The zone is an excellence with ease and the flight or fight mechanism also taps into it, which should really be called the survive or surrender mech. Because the fight or flight scenario are both survival techniques. You may recall a time in your life when you surrendered (inactive) to the powers that be as in a car accident, and the adrenaline surge slows down time, due to the rapid processing rate, and you sit as the pure witness to the event in total acceptance. In this case the zone is achieved by the use of adrenaline, and in the active and inactive zone you can reach it without the adrenaline surge, creating a smoother more efficient ride. After the medium level output comes the low level zone that is associated with Art, Music, yoga etc. and can be considered a hard zone to master, on the same level as the high sports zone. But all the different ways take a person who can let go and let it happen without doubt, second guesses, inhibitions, decisions, or care for the results. Any thought like; I’m on my game, or this is unbelievable would take you out of it. You have to remain distant, aloof, unconcerned, unperturbed, just doing what needs to be done and letting each moment decide for you. You should remain emotionless and in the moment waiting for the entrainment to happen between the environment, peoples immediate reactions and your natural instincts.

The Inactive Zone of High Performance

We can tap into the zone with two inactive techniques as well, which is contemplation and meditation. When we're contemplating, we get epiphanies from out of the blue, like someone handed us the answer. This is because the mind is at rest when it’s surrendering and waiting for sleep, the witness emerges from behind the doer and delivers the answer. It could happen anywhere as long as the mind and ego is suspended for a brief moment, as in the shower, you’re feeling the hot water massaging your body, and the mind is automatically suspended, as you feel the wonderful sensations at that moment.
Meditation helps you attain a level of peace through mental stability, clarity in thinking, better health, grounds you emotionally, and resets your directive towards contentment. Meditation takes you away from the outside senses and internal thought patterns that monopolizes all your time and energy, and refocuses inward. The object of meditation is to return to that early state of pure existence you were in before all the words took control. There are many meditation techniques, and depending on how much mental activity each one has determines the difficulty. The hardest method looks at no mental activity, no decoys for the mind, and is considered the quickest most efficient way, and that is called “Nisarga Yoga” the natural way. You can't use the mind in meditation and expect it, to take you beyond itself. Next in line to that is “Simplified Kundalini Yoga” which uses the enhanced energy of the body, which is directed and focused on by the mind, and you observe it without thinking. When you meditate with consistency you gradually disassociate with what you are observing, because in life you are not what you observe. You are the observer of the energy that flows through the body and mind, during those thoughtless states of observation, which means you are before the body and mind. In the beginning, meditations that have mantras and other mental pacifiers are easier and useful in holding the minds attention, but eventually when you get better you still have to drop all the decoys. Then there is nothing but energy (consciousness) flowing through the body that you are witnessing. And since that has no form or color, it is the last but most subtle attention getter, which also needs to be shed. After leaving all mental supports behind that held your attention, and you stabilize in your beingness, this is what they call the “Samadhi State”. This is a state in meditation which is the closest representative to your Eternal state of being while embodied. In thoughtless meditation the only thing that comes between you and that heavenly state is the pure witness, which observes the energy, and experiences life as the doer. In the Samadhi State your not even aware of your body, mind or energy, only an awareness of being prevails. The aim of meditation is to return to that state as often as possible until it becomes second nature, and wait for the metaphoric doors to open resulting in Self-realization (enlightenment). When the doer (ego) and the witness are continually ignored like that, then over the long haul something happens, they disappear with the rest of the universe. You find yourself in Eternity, face to face with the Almighty. You realize what you really are, and at the same time you realize what God is, what and where Eternity is, what the universe is, and you realize they are all, one of the same. In your most natural Aware state of existing your enlightened with the truth, the search ends, and a new perspective matures within you. A point of view that is no longer limited by the body and mind, and you can see life with clarity and detachment. This enlightened point of view changes the way you see life, you then loose all your petty unfulfilling desires, and fears of the unknown in its wake.

<font size="2"><br></font>

Love for that which he/she worships is the determining force behind the worshiper. The worshiped is usually a God, Saint, or an idol, which is a representation of God or Saint. Since envisioning God is problematic and limiting, an idol is used as a neutral figure with no personal ideology or human traits, which is a good representation of the unknown. To love and to be loved is very strong in the worshiper, and the only thing that could rise above that, is their love for a Saint or God. The worshiper loves too much in their life, and finds an easy outlet for that love by worshiping another (any other). He looses his identity easily in life to the one he is in love with, but every time he finds it unfulfilling and hurtful. So many problems and hateful people in the world he is disenchanted by what he sees. Looking for an outlet that doesn’t backfire all the time, he sets his high energy love towards a religious (spiritual) figure that won‘t disappoint, because it is God. The new freedom to love as much as he wants, he is smitten and very emotional, wanting more of that and less of this, he dives into his new love head first with a passion. Eventually, after some time the emotions subside down to an intense longing that consumes him all the time. Not looking back or caring what others think of him, he gives it his all, and in doing so, he unconsciously creates a new feeble identity that is solely based on his lover. His external worshiping takes him further away from his life of problems, and away from his personal identity, he is giving up everything for the cause. Like a teenager in his first love he can’t think about anything else but that, the outside world is unnoticeable, he is blinded by love. He may see his saint where ever he goes and relishes in the idea of being one with it. He returns day after day to his temple of worship to meditate and pray for release, but day after day nothing happens. He knows he can’t go back to the world, and out of frustration he surrenders his last bit of ego and worldly attachments. He excepts death as a friend, and he sees it as his only release left, and he invites it in, because it dosn't cross his mind to do it himself. Take my life please, I'll give up anything so I can be one with you, I have nothing left to give. He then becomes ripe for the picking, by giving up everything there is nothing left to hold on to, he falls from the tree of life. He becomes That, which he worships, totally enmeshed in that divinity, he is one with it. Uniting with it, he sees the Divine Reality that awaits him.

I myself, found it hard to love another more than myself, so I took the way of the Soul Searcher. I knew I could learn how to apply myself to the path and make it a routine, when it became a way of life, I fell in love with it. Meditating on myself (soul), and contemplating on one topic over and over actually made thoughtless existence and meditating easier.

The Soul Searcher

This is an internal search that starts after the external search is abandoned. When the searcher acquires enough external knowledge about spirituality and meditation techniques, the task then commences with an internal search for one’s true identity. During his search he knows he has to forget about the world of outside senses and retracts away from it, by going in and finding the Truth. Nothing outside of his searching is attracting him anymore, he is dead serious and virtually dead to the world. No matter how bad it is around him he is unresponsive and distant.
